Submitted May 6, 1930. Divorce — Separate Maintenance — Findings — When not to be Disturbed on Appeal. 1. Plaintiff husband sued for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Defendant denied the allegations of the complaint and in a cross-complaint, alleging desertion and disavowing a desire for divorce, asked for separate maintenance. She had judgment. Held, that while there was a sharp conflict in the evidence upon all essential points, there was substantial evidence supporting the court's findings, and that under the rule that unless there is a decided preponderance of evidence against them, or when the evidence, fully considered, furnishes reasonable grounds for different conclusions, they will not be disturbed, the judgment was correct.
